Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of chronic fatigue syndrome; 2. Men and women are not limited; 3. Aged 23-60 years; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary fatigue with definite diagnosis of organic disease; 2. Patients with severe affective disorder or psychiatric history or family history of psychosis; 3. There are metal implants in vivo without MRI examination; 4. Those who took laxatives, antibiotics and probiotics within 2 weeks; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
