Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are clearly diagnosed with UC are included in IPAA surgery because of: failure of medical treatment; long-term drug expenditure or severe intolerable side effects of drug treatment; complications that require surgical intervention and malignant changes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclude other inflammatory diseases, such as Crohn's disease. (2) Exclude intestinal dysplasia, bowel cancer, familial adenomatous polyposis, and interstitial enteritis. (3) Exclude patients who have not undergone storage bag construction, but have only undergone colectomy and ileostomy. (4) Exclude patients with poor compliance and unable to complete follow-up.
