Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A) Meet diagnostic criteria of ulcerative colitis; B) persons between the ages of 18 and 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A) Pregnant or lactating women with allergic constitution and allergic to observation drugs. B) Patients with severe primary diseases, such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental diseases. C) Patients with intestinal stricture, intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, rectal polyps, toxic colonic dilatation, colon, rectal and anal diseases; Acute fulminant, severe patients. D) Failure to use the prescribed medicine, inability to judge the efficacy or incomplete data affecting the judgment of efficacy.
