Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Unrecoverable pulpitis caused by cracked tooth syndrome, wedge-shaped defect, tooth trauma, vital teeth with full crown prosthesis, etc. Retrograde pulpitis caused by combined periodontal pulp lesions. Teeth that require root canal therapy for special reasons (e.g. full crown without root canal therapy, etc.); (2) Teeth with pulp canal calcification in the upper or middle part; (3) Curvature angle of the < 30 degrees; (4) Voluntary participation and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Teeth with severe periodontal disease or root fracture; (2) Residual root without retained value; (3) Failure to follow up on schedule.
