18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 18 years; 2. Diagnosed as trauma-associated ALI, the initial diagnosis may not meet the ALI diagnostic criteria established by the Respiratory Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the ARDS diagnostic criteria "Berlin Definition"; 3. Injury Severity score (ISS) >= 16 ; 4. Chest X-ray or CT showed lung infiltration changes; 5. After the approval of the hospital ethics committee, the patient gave informed consent and signed the "Informed Consent".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe head injury, malignant tumor or combined thoracic-abdominal injury; 2. those with a history of mental illness; 3. those with poor compliance and unable to adhere to treatment.
