Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 6 months <= age <= 3 years old; (2) Receiving living donor liver transplantation in Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine; (3) Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Recent symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection; (2) children with other congenital diseases; (3) secondary liver transplantation; (4) combined organ transplantation.
