Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Between the ages of 18 and 45; (2) The gestational week of the first birth examination <13 weeks, single fetus; (3) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pre-pregnancy diabetes or other metabolic diseases related to diabetes; (2) Unable to complete the relevant investigators with mental or communication disorders; (3) long-term use of psychiatric drugs, antidepressants, sedative-hypnotic drugs, or pregnant patients with sleep disorders; (4) Failure to deliver at our hospital.
