Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 8-15 years; 2.myopia and orthokeratology; 3.No antibiotics and hormones were used in the past six months; 4.To be signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of ocular trauma or surgery; 2.with systemic diseases and eye diseases.
