Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with stage I periodontitis and healthy periodontal volunteers: 20-50 years old, no systemic disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant women, those who received periodontal treatment within 6 months, those who took antibiotics within 3 months, those who have fewer than 20 remaining teeth in the whole mouth.
