Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Choice in October 2020 - October 2022 in our hospital and jiangsu province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy hospitalization period of flaccid paralysis hemiplegia patients, 123 cases of cerebral apoplexy, consistent with the 1995 national conference on the 4th cerebrovascular disease through all kinds of cerebrovascular disease diagnosis, lesion confirmed by head CT or MRI, and in 1996 the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy emergency research group of the stroke therapeutic effect evaluation standard of diagnosis. 1. 40 to 80 years old; 2. Disease course within 3 months; 3. Brunnstrom I stage of the affected limb (i.e., no movement of the upper limb, and decreased muscle tone or grade 0); 4. The cognitive function is basically normal, which does not affect the clinical evaluation and treatment; 5. First stroke or previous stroke without sequelae; 6. I or my immediate family members sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent sensory aphasia, mental disorders and other diseases, unable to cooperate with the examination and treatment; 2. A history of epilepsy or a serious primary disease of the heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3. Major organ failure or critical condition; 4. Unable to complete the basic course of treatment, poor compliance; 5. There are pacemakers in the body or metal implants in the upper limbs.
