Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: Mosaic X chromosome aneuploidy female (mosaism with at least 2 kinds of 45,X/47,XXX/48,XXXX/46,XX) and male partner with 46,XY, who will take IVF/ICSI in our center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Couples with any other chromosome abnormalitis,or going to take preimplantation genetic diagnosis/donated gametes,or with infecous diseases(HIV/HBV/HCV/Syphilis positive), or with other health problems not suitable to reproduce, or not suitable to take ART, or imposible to follow-up.
