Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 80 Patients with pneumothorax from January 2021 to December 2022, including spontaneous pneumothorax and traumatic pneumothorax. 2) The patient are aged from 16-55 years. 3) Patients will be enrolled if they had a large pneumothorax ( >= 2 cm interpleural distance at the level of the hilum) 4) All participants in the current study will be provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with chronic lung disease, including a history of 20 years of smoking, do not include patients with asthma are better controlled by drugs. 2) The patient with tension pneumothorax,and patients with second pneumothorax in same thoracic cavity. 3) The patient has a taboo of insertion of a chest tube because of all sorts of his reasons. 4) The patient do not understand the research process. 5) The patient wit failure to follow procedure of the research.
