Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Colon cancer confirmed by histology. 2. Complete curative resection (R0 resection). 3. Clinical phase I (T1-2, N0, M0), phase II (T3-4, N0, M0) or phase III (any T, N1-2, M0). 4. Aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neoadjuvant therapy; this affects the number of tumors and stroma through the formation of fibrosis. 2. A history of colon cancer or other malignant tumors 10 years ago. Long-term treatment or early metastasis of the primary tumor may affect the current prognosis of colon cancer. 3.
