38 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)period of infertility>1 year; 2) 38 years =0.5ng/ml 7) 18 kg/m2 < BMI < 30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) oocyte donor; 2) polycystic ovary syndrome; 3) uterine abnormal; 4) hydrosalpinx; 5) abnormal karyotype in other of the couple; 6) recurrent pregnancy loss (>= 2 pregnancy loss); 7) chronic medical conditons: diabetes mellitus, liver disease or dysfunction,renal disease or abnormal renal function, thyroid dysfunction, uncontrolled hypertension, atypical endometrial hyperplasia or endometrial carcinoma, submucous myoma,endometriosis,adenomyoma, breast cancer.
