Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. Snoring with or without holding breath during sleep.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious organ diseases (such as heart, liver, kidney, lung dysfunction), central nervous system diseases and other sleep disorders; 2. There are infectious diseases (such as tuberculosis, hepatitis, HIV, etc.); 3. Drinking alcohol or drug addiction; or using psychotropic drugs, tranquilizers, narcotics, etc.; 4. Have received OSAHS treatment: such as CPAP, surgery, and oral appliances.
