Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic non-specific low back pain; are 18-55 years old and ensure that they can actively cooperate with the arrangement; 2. Those who voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute soft tissue injuries in the trunk and hip areas; 2. Low back pain has a clear radiating sensation to the legs, and progressive and persistent night pain; 3. Fractures, dislocations, fusion vertebrae, vertebral tumors, tuberculosis, and paravertebral bridges in the spine area; 4. Patients with a history of surgery, severe osteoporosis; 5. Patients with systemic diseases, mental illness, extreme physical weakness, and pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients with low back pain caused by menstruation; 7. Other treatments that interfere with this study cannot be stopped.
