Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.1 Inclusion criteria for subjects with autoimmune encephalitis (AIE) (1) Ages 14 to 65, male or female; (2) The diagnosis of autoimmune encephalitis (AIE) should be made in the outpatient department of special disease or immunology expert of Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University and the corresponding certification center. When the decision cannot be made, two experienced AIE clinicians shall be required to rule out other possible diseases and jointly decide the proposed AIE; (3) Diagnosis should refer to the diagnostic criteria of expert Consensus on diagnosis and Treatment of Autoimmune encephalitis in China in 2017; (4) Understand and sign informed consent 1.2 Inclusion criteria for neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD) subjects (1) Ages 14 to 65, male or female; (2) The diagnosis of Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD) needs to be made in the outpatient department of special disease or immunology expert of Hushan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University and the corresponding certified center. When it cannot be decided, two experienced NMOSD clinicians shall be required to rule out other possible diseases and jointly decide the proposed NMOSD; (3) The diagnosis should refer to the diagnostic criteria of The Chinese Guideline for diagnosis and Treatment of NEUROmyelitis syndrome (2015); (4) Can understand and sign the informed consent; 1.3 Inclusion criteria for multiple sclerosis (MS) subjects (1) Ages 14 to 65, male or female; (2) The diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) needs to be made in the outpatient department of special disease or immunology expert of Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University and the corresponding certification center. When the decision cannot be made, two experienced MS clinicians shall be required to rule out other possible diseases and jointly decide the proposed MS; (3) Diagnostic reference 2010 McDonald standard; (4) Can understand and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) 2 or more experts do not consider it necessary to consider the diagnosis of neurological immunity and inflammatory diseases; (2) Patients with clear infection (including latent) and malignant tumor; (3) Other neurodegenerative diseases or severe systemic diseases; (4) Other researchers think it is not suitable for inclusion. (5) Participants in other clinical trials in the same period
