Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were diagnosed with AP and were admitted to the hospital within 72 hours after the onset of disease; 2. Regardless of gender, aged between 18-75 years old; 3. The patient or their family members (guardians) agreed to participate in this study, signed an informed consent form, and agreed to participate in this research study, Compliant patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hypertension, diabetes, poorly controlled under medication; 2. Patients with severe respiratory, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, digestive, blood system and other primary diseases, as well as mental illness and infectious diseases; 3. Patients with serious illness requiring non-medical treatment such as surgery and abdominal lavage; 4. Under 18 years old or over 85 years old; 5. Patients with advanced tumors; 6. Chronic renal failure caused by organic kidney disease; 7. Join other clinical trials 3 months before onset.
