Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary childhood glaucoma patients whose IOP is higher than 21mmHg and with one of the following symptoms: enlarged cornea, cornea edema(Habb), enlarged axial length/ c/d ratio or abnormal angle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who combined with other eye diseases or systemic diseases, or refuse to sign the conform forms, or with much more loss of follow-up, or with surgery history.
