Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of knee osteoarthritis: (1) accord with diagnostic criteria of Chinese and western medicine for knee osteoarthritis; (2) aged 38 ~ 75 years; (3) accord with staging criteria in early and middle stage; (4) those who voluntarily join this trial and sign informed consent; Inclusion criteria of periarthritis of shoulder joint: (1) accord with diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine for periarthritis of shoulder joint; (2) the age is between 40 and 70 years old; (3) those who have not been treated by other methods in recent 1 month; (4) those who agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of knee osteoarthritis: (1) Patients with knee trauma and surgical history (2) patients with knee tumor, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis, etc. (3) psoriasis, syphilis neuropathy, brown yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma, etc. (4) severe liver and kidney insufficiency and serious cardiovascular diseases. Exclusion criteria of periarthritis of shoulder joint: (1) Patients with cervical spondylosis, lateral humeral epicondylitis, shoulder hand syndrome and other causes of upper limb pain, limited activity; (2) shoulder joint dysfunction caused by stroke sequelae; (3) shoulder fracture, dislocation and ligament rupture; (4) severe osteoporosis, bone tuberculosis and bone tumor; (5) patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, brain, liver and kidney;
