Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Referring to the relevant diagnostic criteria of cervical, thoracic and lumbar neoplastic diseases in the fourth edition of practical Orthopaedics, CT or MRI confirmed the diagnosis, requiring surgical resection of the vertebral body and reconstruction. 2. Patients with secondary spinal metastatic cancer need to pass the improved Tokuhashi and Tomita score, and the estimated survival time of the patients is more than 6 months. And ensure good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Excluding congenital, metabolic and iatrogenic spinal diseases; 2. patients with lumbar tuberculosis and severe osteoporosis; 3. patients with severe cardio-cerebrovascular or hepatorenal diseases; 4. those who have received other relevant treatments that can affect the observation of the effect indicators of this study; 5. those who are unwilling to accept the study or cannot objectively fill in the study effect indicators.
