Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years, no gender limit; 2. Admission within 24 hours after brain injury; 3. Emergency examination data completed within 24 hours after injury; 4. Laboratory examination (hemal routine and biochemistry),head CT and fully recorded patient's characteristics are need.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Admission without GCS or head CT; 2. Combined with severe chest and (or) abdominal injuries, severe limb and (or) pelvic fractures; 3. Penetrating brain injury.
