Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 17-50 years old Han right-handed male, clinical and surgical confirmed total brachial plexus nerve injury; 2. EmG showed nerve injury range from C5 to T1 preganglionic injury; 3. The 7 nerve roots of the healthy side of the neck were transferred to the median nerve of the affected side; 4. Those who can communicate normally, have normal cognitive level, are willing to participate in the trail and sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with organic diseases of the central system; 2. Severe physical illness, drug or alcohol dependence; 3. Inability to communicate normally; 4. Cognitive impairment.
