Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient's age is >= 18 years old and <= 60 years old; 2. Those who have undergone thyroid surgery for the first time; 3. The preoperative ultrasound examination showed that the thyroid nodule was located on one side, and there was no lateral lymph node or distant metastasis in the neck; 4. Preoperative needle biopsy was diagnosed as DTC, or intraoperative frozen pathology was diagnosed as DTC; 5. Perform lobectomy on the affected side + isthmus resection + lymph node dissection in area VI; 6. The patient was fully informed and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Posterior sternal thyroid malignant tumor; 2. Patients who have a history of neck radiation; 3. Acute cerebrovascular accident, acute coronary syndrome, arrhythmia state, active gastrointestinal bleeding, etc. 4. Patients with a history of serious chronic diseases or other uncured cancers; 5. Patients with immunosuppressed state; 6. Epilepsy, poisoning, burns, trauma, etc.
