18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who had undergone thoracotomy through median sternotomy and received standard dressing change or debridement for more than 1 month were willing to accept debridement and reconstruction surgery; 2. Patients aged 18- 85 years; 3. Patients with the ability to complete the informed consent and research process; 4. Male or female of child-bearing age were willing to take contraceptive measures one year after the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who can not tolerate general anesthesia; 2. Patients who are known to be allergic to contrast agents or radioactive tracers; 3. Patients with poor compliance during treatment; 4. Patients with diabetes who can not cooperate with hypoglycemic therapy; 5. Patients with thoracotomy or debridement under general anesthesia for less than 1 month; 6. Subjects of pregnancy.
