6 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 10-70 years; 2. Patients with definite diagnosis of malignant bone tumors (such as osteosarcoma, malignant giant cell tumor of bone, chondrosarcoma); 3. Patients with tumor located at proximal end of fibula; 4. Patients with preoperative chemoradiotherapy sensitivity, Enneking stage in IIB or below, without distant jumping lesions or cross joint lesions; 5. Patients with ECoG score less than or equal to 2 can tolerate chemoradiotherapy and surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who are not sensitive to chemoradiotherapy before operation and have tumor progression; 2. Patients with distant jumping lesions or jumping lesions across joints; 3. Patients with ECoG score > 2 could not tolerate chemoradiotherapy and surgery; 4. Patients and their families refused limb salvage treatment or the preservation of common peroneal nerve and its branches.
