Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of gastroesophageal reflux disease; 2. Patients who failed to take standard dose PPI for four weeks or more before this study; 3. Patients aged 18-70 years, regardless of gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with one of the following diseases: peptic ulcer, history of gastroesophageal and duodenal surgery, Zhuo AI syndrome, primary esophageal motility disorders (such as achalasia, scleroderma, primary esophageal spasm), malignant lesions of upper gastrointestinal tract, coronary heart disease, diabetes, drug-induced esophagitis, and psychotic patients. 2. Pregnant women and patients with allergic constitution. 3. The patient himself is the researcher directly involved in the clinical study.
