Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, Chest pain, chest tightness and other symptoms of myocardial ischemia; 2. Coronary angiography was performed within 1 year with less than 50%; 3. The cardiopulmonary function was assessed to be good; 4. First diagnosis of INOCA; 5. Aged >= 18 years; 6. No gender restriction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous revascularization; 2. Patients with previous history of myocardial infarction; 3. Patients with previous heart failure or severe valvular heart disease; 4. Check LVEF value less than 40% of patients; 5. Patients with chronic bronchitis, COPD and bronchial asthma; 6. Previous history of serious arrhythmia (ventricular tachycardia, tachycardia, conduction block); 7. Previous diagnosis of aortic dissection; 8. Patients with previous allergy to aminophylline and other related drugs.
