Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a clear history of hamstring injury have a course of no more than 2 weeks; 2. Patients with local hamstring muscle tenderness; 3. Patients with decreased hamstring muscle strength (measured with bare hands) or with limited range of motion of active knee flexion; 4. B-mode ultrasound examination showed the following manifestations: mild contusion (degree I), small stripes and flame like hypoechoic muscle bundles in the muscle. Partial tear (grade II) was seen as an anechoic or / and hypoechoic hematoma or a fluid dark area; 5. Patients with muscle pain (muscle contusion) after local impact injury; 6. Patients with local muscle pain (muscle traction injury) after muscle strain. Those with any of the above 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 were enrolled in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 16 years old or over 60 years old; 2. Obvious bony deformity of the affected limb; 3. Patients with previous history of other operations on the affected limb; 4. Patients with neuromuscular diseases; 5. Patients with open skin wounds; 6. Patients who had received other treatment before enrollment.
