Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 60 years old; 2. Patients with fatty liver confirmed by B-ultrasound; 3. Patients with certain language communication skills.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with drinking history or alcohol consumption more than 140g / week (female < 70g / week); 2. Patients with evidence of viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, total parenteral nutrition, genetic diseases such as Wilson's disease, a - 1-antitrypsin deficiency and other diseases that may lead to hepatic steatosis; 3. Patients taking hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, anti-inflammatory and weight-loss drugs, as well as any drugs known to affect liver function and coronary artery, kidney, lung and thyroid diseases; 4. Patients whose transaminase level is more than twice the upper limit of normal reference value; 5. Patients with serious heart, liver and kidney diseases; 6. Patients with mental or cognitive impairment; 7. Patients with dyskinesia.
