Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with IBD were divided into two groups 1. 18 years old <= subject age <= 80 years old; 2. According to the consensus on diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (2018 Edition), the patients with IBD were definitely diagnosed according to the results of clinical symptoms, imaging and pathology. Control group: gastrointestinal polyps control group 1. 18 years old <= subject age <= 80 years old; 2. Patients who received gastroscopy or colonoscopy and whose histopathological examination confirmed that they were gastrointestinal polyps.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with IBD group: 1. Patients with malignant tumor and recent chemoradiotherapy. 2. Patients with infectious diarrhea. 3. Patients with uncertain inflammatory bowel disease. 4. Pregnant or lactating patients. Control group: gastrointestinal polyps control group: 1. Patients with IBD could not be excluded by gastroenteroscopy and / or histopathological examination. 2. Pregnant or lactating patients. 3. Patients with poor physical fitness have severe heart / brain / lung functional diseases, or combined with hematological / rheumatic immune system diseases.
