Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged >=65 years old; 2. Subjects with ASA grade I ~ III; 3. Patients who plan to undergo unilateral total hip or total knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia; 4. The subject of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (e.g., EF 2 times of the upper limit of reference value; Cr clearance rate 443 umol/L); 4. Patients with a history of mental illness or family history of mental illness; 5. Patients with severe mental or cognitive impairment or having taken drugs that affect cognitive function; 6. Patients who have participated in other related clinical studies within three months.
