Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 and = 28 kg/m2 or central obesity was defined as waist circumference 90 cm or more in men and 80 cm or more in women; 3. Type 2 Diabetes or prediabetes diagnosed by America American Diabetes Association criteria (2020) and without any antidiabetic drugs therapy within 3 months; 4. HbA1c <= 9%FBG <= 11.1mmol/L; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary obesity; 2. Cannot obey the follow-up arrangement; 3. Participating in any other clinical trails; 4. Patients with an active liver disease (ALT or AST was 5 times higher than the normal upper limit); 5. Patients with severe renal function(eGFR<45 ml/min/1.73m2); 6. Pregancy or lactation; 7. Patients with tumor; 8. Other situations that the researcher considers are not suitable for research.
