Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 35-70 years old; 2. Patients with knee osteoarthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with osteoarthritis whose K-L grade is less than 2; 2. Patients with inflammatory joint diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, etc.); 3. Patients with any infection, including skin infection, or symptoms and signs of infection or fever. 4. Patients with immune system deficiency, such as diabetes, cancer, AIDS. 5. Patients who need immunosuppressive drugs; 6. Patients with long-term use of NSAIDs; 7. Patients with ipsilateral or contralateral knee surgery history; 8. Patients who are unable to perform MRI examination.
