Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital, 2. Patients aged between 25 and 65 years old; 3. Patients with body mass index (20kg / m2 <= BMI <=28KG / m2).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular system, respiratory system, nervous system and blood system; 2. Patients with a history of metabolic diseases, mental or neurological diseases.
