Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged over 50 years old; 2. The subjects that can walk independently and take part in the measurement of grip strength and walking speed; 3. The subject of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe diseases and terminal diseases: 2. Patients with acute disease or acute attack of chronic disease; 3. Those who are unable to communicate normally due to serious cognitive impairment, mental disorder, vision and hearing impairment; 4. Those who can't stand alone or have pacemaker or cardiac stent in their body and can't test human body composition; 5. Subjects with poor compliance.
