18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 250 eligible subjects will be tested in this project; 2. The age of detection is more than 18 years old, with no gender limit; 3. Subjects with one or more thyroid nodules; 4. Be willing to provide samples for gene testing with consent; 5. Cell smears were made after puncture; 6. After diagnosis by cytologists, the samples with Bethesda grade III, IV and V were detected by high-throughput gene sequencing.
