50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 50 years old; 2. Patients with Shanghai household registration; 3. Patients with stable hypoglycemic therapy in recent 3 months; 4. Patients with at least one hospitalization data (baseline) and complete CGM data between June 2005 and June 2020.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis and hyperosmolarity recently (within 3 months before enrollment); 2. Patients with recurrent or severe hypoglycemia events in recent years; 3. Patients with recent acute infection, trauma and other stress events; 4. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction (alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase or direct bilirubin higher than 3 times of the normal upper limit, or serum creatinine > 250 µ mol / L).
