Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients aged 18-60 years old; 2. HIV positive cases, including CMVR confirmed patients into the experimental group, non CMVR confirmed patients into the control group; 3. Patients who can fully understand the content of informed consent and voluntarily sign the written informed consent form; 4. Patients who can receive follow-up visit, follow-up examination and specimen collection on time; 5. Patients suitable for and receiving stem cell transplantation; 6. Patients without food allergy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of ocular inflammation; 2. Patients diagnosed with CMVR but having received clinical antiviral treatment of CMVR; 3. Other patients who are considered unsuitable for the study.
