Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20-80 years; 2. In patients with clinically suspected non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), CT findings were located in 1 / 3 of the lung field with mixed nodules containing GGO components; 3. In patients with stage IA (t1a-cn0m0) of clinical stage (the eighth edition of UICC stage), the overall maximum diameter of lesions was 0.5cm and 1cm, solid density component > 0.5cm, which may need surgical treatment in the next five years, can still be included; 5. Patients without any induction therapy; 6. The patients with PS score of 0-1 and no serious complications, the functional status can tolerate minimally invasive pulmonary lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe other organ diseases and high-risk surgical treatment; 2. Patients with a history of other malignant tumors in the past 5 years; 3. Patients with previous history of ipsilateral thoracic surgery.
