Mild VDT related dry eye:Blink guideline and eye drops

moderate to severe VDT related dry eye:Qinpi eye drops

20 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20-59 years; 2. The video terminals used more than 6 hours per working day in the past three months; 3. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of dry eye: refer to the consensus of dews II dry eye experts in 2017, China's dry eye experts in 2013 and meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) International Conference consensus in 2011.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who wear contact lenses within 3 months; 2. Patients with ocular inflammation or infection; 3. Patients with conjunctivochalasis; 4. Patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction; 5. Patients with eyelid diseases, keratoconjunctival diseases, exophthalmos, glaucoma and lens dislocation; 6. Some patients who have not recovered completely after surgery, such as glaucoma filtration surgery, retinal detachment reattachment, etc; 7. Patients who had been treated with IPL and meibomian gland massage within 6 months; 8. Patients with systemic diseases, such as poor control of hypertension and thrombocytopenia; 9. Patients with mental disorders such as anxiety and depression; 10. Pregnant and lactating women; 11. Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs or using other eye drugs; 12. Patients who are unable to understand and sign informed consent.
