Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the current ASOG guidelines, the diagnosis time of preeclampsia is 20 + 0 to 36 + 6 weeks. 2. Over 18 years old, singleton. 3. The criteria of vitamin D deficiency are as follows: Vitamin d = 30 ng / ml was defined as adequate vitamin D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Take calcium and vitamin D supplements before blood collection 2. Diagnosed hyperlipidemia, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, severe anemia or immune disorder, untreated endocrine disease, stillbirth or no complete maternal and infant records.
