Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as non obstructive azoospermia and ineffective after conservative treatment; 2. Patients who received m-tese in our hospital; 3. In the prospective study, all the patients were informed consent, and the patients who had been operated were exempted from informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, liver and kidney insufficiency, etc; 2. Patients who cannot be operated due to various reasons, such as coagulation dysfunction.
