Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases have definite pathological types, and pathological specimens (including lung biopsy or biopsy specimens, sputum based cell detection, lymph node puncture or biopsy specimens, fiberoptic bronchoscopy biopsy or brush examination or lavage fluid based cell examination, etc.) must be obtained in Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital. 2. All patients are confirmed as NSCLC patients, and the pathological features are adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, squamous adenocarcinoma, large cell carcinoma or not classified.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of pulmonary surgery complicated with other lung diseases (including interstitial pneumonia, sarcoidosis, large-scale tuberculosis, etc.); 2. Patients without pulmonary measurable lesion evaluation; 3. Patients with severe COPD or FEV1 < 50% of the predicted value; 4. Patients with other serious diseases.
