45 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age at least 45 and under 80, regardless of ethnicity or gender; 2. Cerebral infarction (over 2 weeks); 3. Prior or current diagnosis of essential hypertension; 4. Patients participate voluntarily, have the ability to give informed consent and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspected hypohemodynamic cerebral infarction; 2. Bilateral carotid stenosis is 70 percent or greater; 3. Patients with cardiogenic stroke; 4. Have congestive heart failure and present unstable cardiac function; 5. Acute coronary syndrome and severe arrhythmia; 6. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction (serum ALANINE aminotransferase 5 times higher than normal or creatinine >= 3 mg/dL); 7. Pregnant women breastfeeding women and patients who may become pregnant in the next six months; 8. Mental illness alcohol or drug dependence; 9. People with malignant tumors or other diseases who are likely to live for less than 3 years.
