Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged =65 years; 2. After swallowing function screening assessment, it is clear that there is dysphagia; 3. Patients with clear consciousness, no dementia, no aphasia, and no mental disorders, who can cooperate with the examination and treatment without changing the original medical plan and medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dysphagia whose vital indicators are unstable; 2. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3. There are serious complications, such as respiratory failure, heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, renal failure, liver failure, severe lung infection, and cancers, diseases or conditions that affect the quality of life of patients more than dysphagia. 4. Those who are unwilling to cooperate with the intervention project.
