Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) age > : 18 years old; 2) Enter the lung transplant waiting list; 3) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of allogeneic organ transplantation and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are known. 2) There are basic medical conditions (including laboratory test abnormalities) or alcohol/drug abuse or dependence that the investigator considers to be detrimental to the interpretation of the study or post-intervention adverse events, or conditions in which the investigator determines that the patient's poor compliance during the study period may affect compliance. 3) Also participate in another therapeutic clinical study.
