18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The maternal age was 18-35 years old, gestational week was greater than 37 weeks of gestation, singleton, elective cesarean section (fasting for more than 6 hours), and hypotension after spinal anesthesia (maternal systolic blood pressure lower than 80% of the basic value).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were as follows: pregnancy combined with hypertension, maternal heart disease, body mass index greater than 40 kg·m-2, failure of intraspinal anesthesia, umbilical vein blood gas test failure.
