Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with onset primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) are not treated before recruitment. Onset age 2-18 years old. The gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) PNS patients with other organ diseases. (2) Abnormal renal function (eGFR<90ml/min.1.73m^2).
