18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) They were 18-65 years old, and the diagnosis met the McDonald's criteria revised in 2017; 2) There was no significant change in EDSS score within 6 months after the onset of the disease or in the stable stage, more than 1 month after the last attack; 3) MRI examination sequence was complete: baseline and multimodal MRI examination at 6 months, 1 year and 2 years; 4) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The course of disease was more than 30 years; 2) History of brain injury or spinal cord injury; 3) History of CNS infection or immunodeficiency syndrome; 4) HBV, HCV, syphilis, HIV-1, HIV-2 patients; 5) Suffering from mental illness; 6) Pregnant and lactating women or patients planning to conceive within one year; 7) The patients also participated in other randomized controlled clinical trials.
